1 · Acceptance

By accessing or using cws-travel.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2 · What we do

CWS TRAVEL LLC operates an independent fare research desk. We surface published fares for U.S. carriers and route you to the airline or to a trusted booking partner. We do not sell tickets directly, do not hold credit-card information, do not issue boarding passes and cannot change or cancel reservations on your behalf.

3 · Fare information accuracy

Published fares change continuously. The fare you see on cws-travel.com is a sample fetched on a 30-minute cadence. The price of record is what the operating airline (or trusted booking partner) shows at checkout. If they disagree, the carrier's price wins.

4 · No travel-agent relationship

We are not a registered travel agent or seller of travel under California Seller of Travel Law, Florida Seller of Travel Act, or similar regulations. We are an information service. We do not collect customer trust funds, do not handle ticketing, and do not arrange travel on your behalf.

5 · Acceptable use

You may use the fare research output for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
You may not scrape, mirror or republish our data feeds without written permission.
You may not interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying networks.

6 · Third-party links

"View deal" links and partner references take you to other websites. CWS TRAVEL LLC is not responsible for the content, terms or practices of those websites. Read their terms before transacting.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Iowa law, CWS TRAVEL LLC, its members, agents and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, missed connections, or trip-cancellation costs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
